At this years annual NFWOA banquet, 40 year veteran official Vito Stella, affectionately known for his unusually tiny feet, was honored as this years recipient of the NFWOA Contributor award. The award is given to recognize years of dedication and contribution the the sport of wrestling in WNY.
Also honored this year were Pioneer coach Chris Edwards and Lackawana coach Jeff Michel who were the co-recipients of the NFWOA coaches award. President Tom Cinelli thanked them both for their consistent show of sportsmanship and their dedication to their athletes.
